Seeking a driven Sales Executive with freight forwarding experience to join the team in Colombo 10.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and is passionate about winning new business and maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and client visits
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve client issues promptly
- Follow up on leads, referrals, and existing client opportunities
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding Sales (essential)
- Proven track record in B2B sales / logistics / shipping industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Self-motivated with strong closing skills
- Part qualification in CIM / SLIM (advantageous)
