If the candidate still does not fully fit into your organisation , we will replace him on a Free Of Cost basis within a period of three months from the original date of placement. Under the placement solution we will find you the perfect candidate and you will take over that point onwards

Manpower/ Labour hire

With Manpower/Labour hire, not only we find the perfect worker, we will do the full payroll for the staff this includes EPF and ETF payment to the worker. You will get a one all-inclusive bill you don't have to worry about applicable labour laws and we will take care of all that . You will be quoted hourly bases (minimum 8 hours apply), if you not happy with the worker for any reason, we will be replacing the worker the very next day. This is possible due to our large internal database of job seekers throughout Sri Lanka .
