Description
We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented professionals for the role of Assistant Manager / Manager – Solar Sales. The selected candidates will be responsible for driving sales growth in rooftop solar solutions within their assigned regions. This is a field-based role requiring strong client engagement, relationship management, and target achievement in a rapidly growing renewable energy sector.
Working Hours : Monday to Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: LKR 70,000 – 100,000 (based on experience & role level)
- Travel Allowance: LKR 50,000 (standard)
- Additional Vehicle Allowance: LKR 10,000 – 40,000

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and develop new business leads within assigned territory
- Promote and sell rooftop solar energy solutions to residential and commercial clients
- Conduct site visits and assess customer requirements for solar installations
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and successfully close sales
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with technical and installation teams for smooth project execution
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle
Candidate Profile
- Male/Female candidate’s welcome
- Age: 20 – 55 years
- Must possess a valid vehicle (compulsory for field travel)
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
- Professional and pleasant personality suitable for client-facing roles
Experience, Skills and Qualifications Required
- 1–4 years of experience in solar sales or related sales/marketing field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role
- Minimum GCE O/L or A/L
- Certification in Marketing or Sales will be an added advantage
