Area Sales Representative- Anuradhapura
Job Overview:

They are seeking a motivated Area Sales Representative to expand their presence in the Anuradhapura region, build strong relationships, and drive sales growth within the agricultural sector.
Job Details:
- Employment Type: Full Time | On-Site
- Location: Anuradhapura (Applicants from the area are preferred)
- Languages: Fluent in Sinhala and/or Tamil (Required)
Key Responsibilities:
- Expand the customer network by onboarding new farmers, dealers, and distributors
- Handle day-to-day sales activities including sales, collections, and refunds
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, agro dealers, cooperatives, retailers, and distributors
- Achieve assigned sales targets consistently
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Participate in agricultural fairs, exhibitions, and farmer awareness programs
- Provide regular updates on field activities and sales performance
Requirements:
- Minimum educational qualification: G.C.E Ordinary Level
- Age between 20 – 40 years
- Fluency in Sinhala and/or Tamil
- Prior field sales experience is an added advantage
- Own vehicle with a valid driving license (preferred)
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region
- Access to a basic smartphone with WhatsApp
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
