Description
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Solar Sales Executives / Senior Executives to promote and sell rooftop solar solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting client visits, and achieving sales targets within assigned regions.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: LKR 40,000 – 60,000
- Travel Allowance: LKR 10,000 – 40,000
- Commission: Unlimited earning potential

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and develop new customer relationships
- Promote and sell rooftop solar solutions to residential and commercial clients
- Conduct site visits for inspections and customer consultations
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Experience, Skills and Qualifications Required
- 1–4 years of experience in solar sales or a related sales role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Professional and customer-focused approach
- Minimum GCE O/L or A/L
- Marketing-related certification is an added advantage
Candidate Requirements
- Male or Female candidates
- Age between 20 – 55 years
- Must own a motorbike (mandatory)
