About the Role As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and leading a dynamic sales team to dominate the energy drink category. You will work to execute strategic sales plans, manage distribution channels, and ensure the brand maintains a competitive edge in the market.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure peak performance
- Identify, appoint, and manage distributors to expand market coverage
- Expand distribution channels (General Trade, HORECA, Modern Trade, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors
- Monitor distributor performance and ensure target achievement
- Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Monitor competitor activity and stay updated on market trends
- Prepare sales forecasts, detailed reports, and performance reviews
Skills & Qualifications
- Professional qualification in Sales and Marketing from a recognized university or institute
- Minimum 5 years' proven experience as a Sales Manager (FMCG or beverage industry preferred)
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
