  • Working Arrangement: Standard business hours with extensive field management

About the Role As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and leading a dynamic sales team to dominate the energy drink category. You will work to execute strategic sales plans, manage distribution channels, and ensure the brand maintains a competitive edge in the market.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure peak performance
  • Identify, appoint, and manage distributors to expand market coverage
  • Expand distribution channels (General Trade, HORECA, Modern Trade, etc.)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors
  • Monitor distributor performance and ensure target achievement
  • Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships
  • Monitor competitor activity and stay updated on market trends
  • Prepare sales forecasts, detailed reports, and performance reviews

Skills & Qualifications

  • Professional qualification in Sales and Marketing from a recognized university or institute
  • Minimum 5 years' proven experience as a Sales Manager (FMCG or beverage industry preferred)
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
