We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead one of our client’s dynamic Sales Executive team and deliver outstanding performance across land and housing projects based in Malabe.
This is a key leadership role where you will take ownership of sales strategy, team performance, and high-value client relationships in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Working Hours: Monday – Saturday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the Sales Executive team to exceed targets
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for land and housing projects
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and conversions
- Conduct regular sales meetings, training, and performance reviews
- Handle high-value negotiations and successfully close key deals
- Collaborate with Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Recovery teams
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and management updates
- Ensure strong lead management and follow-up systems
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales
- At least 3 years in a leadership/managerial role
- Background in Real Estate / Property / Land Sales (highly preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Highly driven, results-oriented, and performance-focused
- Age below 40
- Must have own vehicle
