Location: Colombo (Office-based)
Employment Type: Full Time
Working Hours: 9.30 AM – 7.30 PM (One day off per week)

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, driving sales, and delivering an outstanding customer experience in a retail environment. You will play a key role in contributing to the growth of the business by building strong customer relationships and consistently achieving sales targets.

Duties & Responsibilities
* Engage with customers and provide an excellent sales and service experience
* Promote and sell products to walk-in and existing customers
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships
* Achieve individual daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
* Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new offerings
* Ensure the store or showroom is neat, presentable, and well-stocked
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner
* Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Skills & Qualifications
* Previous experience in sales is essential
* Must be based in or willing to work within Colombo
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Energetic, friendly, and customer-oriented personality
* Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
* Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets
