Customer Service Executive – Mid Shift (Roster Basis)
Location: Orion City, Colombo, Sri Lanka

Our client, a rapidly expanding recruitment company operating across Australia, Sri Lanka and New Zealand, is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join their Colombo-based team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with Australian corporate clients and be part of a global growth journey.

Position Details

  • Employment Type: Full-time (Roster basis)
  • Transport: Own transport is an added advantage

Working Hours:

  • Monday – Friday: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (UK Shift)
  • Saturday or Sunday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
  • Rostered days off apply

After initial training, you will work independently or within a small team, providing direct support to Australian corporate directors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer service to Australian corporate clients
  • Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and digital platforms
  • Support daily operational tasks and business coordination
  • Work closely with the Australian management team for ongoing guidance and training
  • Maintain accurate records using internal systems and databases

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Customer-focused, proactive, and dependable
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Experience or education linked to an Australian-based organization is an advantage
  • Strong computer literacy and familiarity with web-based applications
  • Experience with CRM or database systems is a plus
  • Sales-oriented with a pleasant and confident personality
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Good understanding of social media platforms
