- Location: Colombo / Gampaha / Galle / Kalutara / Kandy / Kegalle / Matara / Ratnapura Area etc.
- Employment Type: Full-Time / Field-Based
- Working Arrangement: Standard business hours with frequent field visits
About the Role As a Sales Development Executive, you will be responsible for expanding the market reach of motor spare parts and accessories. You will work to identify new dealer opportunities, maintain high-level customer relationships, and ensure monthly sales targets are consistently met through strategic field visits and reporting.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Promote and sell motor spare parts to dealers within assigned regions
- Conduct field visits and develop new customer networks
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Prepare and submit daily sales and visit reports
- Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and corporate meetings
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum G.C.E. (O/L) qualification (Ordinary Pass in English & Mathematics)
- Prior experience in Motor Spare Parts Sales is an added advantage
- Computer Literacy (MS Office / Email / WhatsApp communication)
- Must possess a valid motorcycle riding license
- Age below 45 years
- Self-motivated with a strong "target-driven" mindset
