As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Recruitment consultant to join our Colombo-based
team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in sourcing, engaging, and placing high-
quality candidates while building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
? Actively headhunt and source candidates across multiple industries using internal data
base, job boards, social media, and networking.
? Conduct screening interviews and assess candidate suitability for client requirements
? Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
? Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and deliver tailored
solutions
? Manage the full recruitment cycle: from sourcing and interviewing to placement and follow-
up
? Maintain accurate records in the CRM and prepare recruitment activity reports
? Ensure excellent candidate and client satisfaction throughout the process
? Achieve and exceed recruitment KPIs and placement targets
? Previous experience is an advantage
? Both male and females are welcome
Who We’re Looking For
? Enthusiastic individuals eager to build a career in recruitment consulting

? Knowledge in LinkedIn headhunting is an advantage
? Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
? Good knowledge of Sinhala /Tamil is added advantage
? Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and use recruitment platforms and apps
? Confident in building rapport with candidates and decision-makers at all levels
? Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
? A true team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
? Previous experience in HR are recruitment is an advantage .
