We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive – Events to plan, coordinate, and execute hotel events, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences in line with hotel standards. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a passion for delivering high-quality service.

What’s on Offer
- Salary & Benefits: LKR 100,000 – 150,000 per month
- Service Charge: Approximately LKR 35,000 – 45,000

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate all types of hotel events, including banquets, conferences, and private functions
- Liaise with clients to understand event requirements and expectations
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Operations and Food & Beverage to ensure smooth execution
- Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown to maintain service quality standards
- Manage event inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups in a timely manner
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction throughout each event
- Handle last-minute changes and resolve issues efficiently during events
Qualifications & Requirements
- Male or Female, below 40 years
- Minimum 2 years of experience in events, hospitality, or a related field
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
- Customer-focused with strong attention to detail
