We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support the hotel’s operational and financial performance. This role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting business data to generate actionable insights that drive effective decision-making across departments.
Location: Wattala, Sri Lanka
Industry: Leading Hotel
Working Hours: To be discussed during the interview
Salary Range: LKR 100,000 – 150,000 (based on experience)
Service Charge: Approximately LKR 35,000 – 45,000

Key Responsibilities
- Collect, validate, and analyze operational, sales, and financial data
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support strategic decisions
- Develop and maintain dashboards using Excel and other reporting tools
- Collaborate with internal departments to provide data-driven recommendations
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all reported data
- Support performance tracking and assist in business forecasting
Qualifications & Requirements
- Male or Female, below 40 years
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in data analysis or a similar role (hospitality experience is an advantage)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory)
- Knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools is an added advantage
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
