We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Assistant Manager -Chemical Sales to join a leading organization in the chemical products sector.
Location: Colombo 02
Salary: LKR 500,000 Gross
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives set by management.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the chemical industry.
- Introduce new products and expand the existing customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key decisionmakers.
- Monitor collections and effectively manage outstanding debts.
- Develop new markets and drive revenue growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or a similar field, preferably in chemicals or lubricants.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel as required.
