A leading Engineering company is seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Officer – Civil to join their construction project team.

Position: Technical Officer – Civil
Location: Colombo

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily building construction activities.
• Monitor site progress, workmanship, quality, and safety standards.
• Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate effectively with engineers, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure work is completed according to project requirements and timelines.
• Assist in resolving technical and site-related issues.

Candidate Requirements

• NCT (Civil), Advanced Diploma from City & Guilds, or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in building construction projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, site supervision, and quality control.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a construction-site environment.
