We are looking for an experienced and qualified Mechanical Engineer to join a leading building construction project in Kandy.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise mechanical engineering works on building construction projects.
- Oversee HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other mechanical building services.
- Ensure all mechanical works comply with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, engineers, and project teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of mechanical works.
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to mechanical systems.
Candidate Requirements
- BSc in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of overall experience, including at least 3 years of experience in building construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical building services, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Proven experience in site supervision and project coordination.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
