SHOWROOM MANAGER – INTERIOR SOLUTION PRODUCTS


JOB OVERVIEW

A well-established company in the interior solutions industry is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Showroom Manager to oversee showroom operations, sales performance, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the showroom team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth of interior solutions products.

 Location: Colombo
 Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: Monday to Sunday: 8.00 AM – 9.00 PM
                             Shift Basis

Salary Range LKR100,000 – 150,000
Attractive Sales Commission

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the daily operations of the showroom while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
  • Drive sales and achieve targets through effective customer engagement and product presentations.
  • Train and supervise showroom staff, ensuring high standards of customer service and product knowledge.
  • Maintain the visual appeal of the showroom by ensuring product displays are attractive and updated regularly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and direct customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely stock replenishment.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to develop strategies for business growth.
  • Organize promotional events, product demonstrations, and marketing activities to enhance brand visibility.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in retail sales, showroom management, or the interior solutions industry.
  • Strong leadership, customer service, and sales management skills.
  • Knowledge of interior design trends and interior solution products will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
  • Male candidates preferred.
  • Age above 30 years.
