Senior Student Enrolment Counsellor (UK) - Tamil speaking ability to speak Tamil is added advantage
Location: Boralesgamuwa, Sri Lanka
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 9.00 AM – 5.00 PM
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Student Enrolment Counsellor to guide and support students in their journey to pursue higher education in the United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counselling students, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth end-to-end enrolment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students on UK study options, course selection, and admission procedures.
- Guide students through the visa application process and documentation requirements.
- Manage and follow up on student leads via calls, emails, and walk-ins.
- Coordinate with universities and partners for application processing and updates.
- Maintain accurate records of student data and progress.
- Achieve monthly enrolment targets.
- Build strong relationships with students and ensure a positive counselling experience.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in student counseling, preferably in UK higher education.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Education, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in TAMIL,English and Sinhala.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Computer literacy and experience in CRM systems are preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
