Senior Manager – Sales (Travel Agent & Corporate)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Manager – Sales to drive hotel revenue through travel agents and corporate clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong business relationships, identifying new opportunities, and achieving sales targets to maximize occupancy and profitability.

What’s on Offer

• Salary: LKR 200,000 – 300,000 (inclusive of vehicle allowance)
• Service Charge: Approx. LKR 35,000 – 45,000
• Working Hours: To be discussed during the interview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agents and corporate clients
• Identify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in line with business objectives
• Conduct regular sales visits, presentations, and client meetings
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless client servicing
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis

Qualifications & Requirements

• Male candidate, below 50 years
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospitality and/or travel agent sales
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Highly result-oriented with a proactive approach
• Valid driving license with own vehicle
