Job Summary An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated sales professional to join an EM-1 graded, ISO-certified engineering industry leader as a Sales Manager – After Sales. This role is dedicated to leading and growing an After Sales Division, managing service accounts for top-tier hospitals, hotels, and industrial facilities across Sri Lanka.

About the Role As the Sales Manager – After Sales, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships and expanding the service business. You will work closely with technical teams to provide solutions for leading global air conditioning brands, ensuring long-term service excellence and customer satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and secure Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for air conditioning systems at commercial and industrial sites.
- Client Consulting: Visit factories, commercial buildings, and government institutions to identify service, repair, and upgrade opportunities.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with technical and service teams to prepare accurate service proposals and cost estimates.
- Market Development: Identify large air conditioning installations across the island and develop them into long-term service clients.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: A background in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in air conditioning after-sales or industrial service sales.
- Network: Good existing connections within the industrial, hospitality, and healthcare sectors in Sri Lanka.
- Age: Below 45 years.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Mindset: Must be target-driven and able to work independently.
