Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and responsible Housekeeping Staff member to support the daily cleaning and maintenance of a motel in Colombo. The ideal candidate should be committed to maintaining cleanliness standards and assisting the supervisor in ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out day-to-day cleaning of rooms and common areas
- Ensure the premises are kept clean, tidy, and well-maintained at all times
- Support the Housekeeping Supervisor with assigned tasks
- Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Assist in basic maintenance reporting when required
- Follow instructions and complete duties in a timely manner
Requirements
- Suitable for candidates in their 40s
- Prior experience in housekeeping or a similar role is an advantage
- Ability to work responsibly and independently
- Good attitude, reliability, and attention to cleanliness
- Willingness to stay on-site (accommodation provided)
