Location: Rajagiriya
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Days: 22 days per month
Working Hours: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift Only)
Job Overview
Our client is a leading service provider supporting title research and property reporting through a strong network of on-ground and virtual abstractors. They are seeking a Customer Service Associate to support operations, research activities, and administrative functions while ensuring high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day operations and project-related tasks
- Conduct title research on property documents using online resources
- Prepare and maintain property reports for lenders
- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and document management
- Work closely with senior staff to learn and develop industry knowledge
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- A/L qualification or Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Proficiency in English, Sinhala, and Tamil
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a night shift environment (mandatory)
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Salary - LKR 60,000 Basic
