Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: LKR 40,000 – 50,000
• Service Charge: LKR 35,000 – 45,000

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation, cutting, trimming and portioning of meat and poultry
• Maintain proper hygiene, storage and handling of food items
• Keep the butchery area and equipment clean and organized
• Support senior chefs with daily kitchen operations
• Minimize food wastage and follow hotel standards

Requirements

• Male, below 45 years
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position, preferably in a hotel/resort
• Basic knowledge of meat cutting, trimming and portioning
• Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety
• Willingness to work as part of a team and under pressure
