We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Commi – I Hot Kitchen to join our 4-star hotel in Wattala.

Basic Salary: LKR 35,000 – 45,000
Service Charge: LKR 35,000 – 45,000
Accommodation: Provided

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with hot kitchen food preparation and cooking.
• Maintain food quality, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness.
• Support the Chef and kitchen team during service.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of hotel/kitchen experience.
• Hot Kitchen experience preferred.
• Basic cooking and food preparation skills.
• Good teamwork and willingness to work shifts.
