We are seeking a Male Cold Kitchen Commis to join the culinary team at a leading hotel in Wattala.
Location: Wattala
Basic Salary: LKR 35,000 – 40,000
Service Charge: Approximately LKR 35,000 – 45,000
Accommodation: Provided
Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant kitchen experience
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing salads, sandwiches, dressings, and other cold kitchen items.
- Maintain food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
- Keep the kitchen clean and organized according to food safety standards.
- Support senior chefs with daily kitchen operations.
Requirements
- Male candidate with minimum 1 year of relevant kitchen experience.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
