Description
A leading engineering company is seeking a qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team and contribute to the successful financial and commercial management of large-scale building construction projects.
Position: Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and project budgets.
- Manage tender documentation, valuations, and contractual matters.
- Monitor project costs, variations, and payment certifications.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure cost-effective project delivery.
- Assist in maintaining effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with relevant contractual and quantity surveying practices.
Candidate Requirements
- B.Sc. Degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in large-scale building construction projects.
- Graduate Membership of IQSSL (Institute of Quantity Surveyors Sri Lanka) is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost control, and quantity surveying practices.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
