WE ARE HIRING! BARMAN – F&B DEPARTMENT

SALARY & BENEFITS

• Basic Salary: LKR 35,000 – 40,000 per month
• Service Charge: Approximately LKR 30,000 – 40,000 per month
• Accommodation Provided by the Hotel
• Total Potential Monthly Earnings: Approximately LKR 65,000 – 80,000 + Accommodation

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel standards.
• Take beverage orders and provide friendly and professional service to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper organization of the bar area.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of beverages, glassware, and bar equipment.
• Assist with stock control and inventory management of bar items.
• Follow responsible service, hygiene, and safety procedures.
• Support the F&B team during busy periods, functions, and special events.
• Always maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.

REQUIREMENTS

• Male candidate below 35 years of age.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barman or in a similar F&B/Hospitality role.
• Previous experience in a hotel, resort, restaurant, or similar establishment will be preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused, energetic, and well-presented.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
