- Basic Salary: LKR 35,000 – 45,000

Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance and repair of AC systems
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance
- Troubleshoot AC faults and ensure systems operate efficiently
- Maintain proper records of maintenance and repairs
- Follow hotel safety and maintenance standards
Requirements
- Male, below 50 years
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position, preferably in a hotel/resort
- Knowledge of air-conditioning systems, maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Ability to identify and repair common AC faults
- Good technical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and respond to maintenance requirements
