Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager (Travel Agent & Corporate) to develop and manage relationships with travel agents and corporate clients. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening the hotel’s market presence, and achieving sales targets in line with overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring strong industry knowledge, strategic thinking, and a proven ability to build lasting client partnerships within the hospitality sector.

What’s on Offer
- Salary: LKR 150,000 – 200,000
- Service Charge: LKR 35,000 – 45,000
- Vehicle allowance included in salary
- Fuel allowance provided

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agents and corporate clients
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand the client base
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management
- Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and sales calls
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless client servicing and guest satisfaction
- Represent the hotel at industry events, networking sessions, and sales promotions
Qualifications & Requirements
- Male candidate, below 50 years
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospitality sales and/or travel agent sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach
- Valid driving license with own vehicle
