About the Role
As an On-Site Sales Executive – Land Sales, you will be responsible for promoting and selling block-out land plots located in Ampitiya, Kandy. You will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to closing, conduct site visits with potential buyers, and maintain strong client relationships throughout the process.

Duties & Responsibilities
* Promote the land and follow up with leads
* Arrange and coordinate appointments with interested clients to visit the property
* Conduct site visits with potential buyers
* Follow up with clients consistently until the point of sale
* Advertise through potential platforms and attract the target segment to promote the land
* Maintain a high level of client relationships and provide excellent customer service
* Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress to management
Skills & Qualifications
* Previous experience in sales (real estate experience is an advantage)
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented
* Ability to work independently and manage client interactions professionally
* Similar experience in the Kandy area is an added advantage
* Freshers with the right attitude and passion for sales are encouraged to apply
