For over two decades, our parent company, Australian Workforce, has been at the forefront of workforce solutions in Australia. As the largest of it’s kind down under. However something most people don’t don’t know is the director of the company last 20 years is Sri Lanken and the total ownership of the company is original Sri Lanken who left the country around age if 16 but love Sri Lanka so much still As a result of school reunion in 2023 (after about 30 years) few friends including the director and owner of Australian workforce decided to introduce international level recruitment services to Sri Lanka since there are no such companies in S/Lanka at all . It seems to be a golden opportunity and after few meeting company was registered on 19th Dec 2023

Sri Lankan born Danny Sena moved to Australia at the age of 16 as a high school student first then as an university student. Immediately after university Danny went in to business as young man from Sri Lanka with very small amount of money to invest and by the time 30 he was a well establish business man with multiple companies in Australia just over 2 Million Dollars After being married at the age of 32 and with 2 beautiful children today Danny continues to operate multimillion dollar companies in Australia and New Zealand. Danny has been involved in CEO capacity with a Sri Lanken company Global Staff Solutions for the last 2 years in the BPO space as well . Company has 15 employees and operate 24/7 .
