Waiter

We are looking for a friendly, well-presented and customer-focused Waiter to join our upcoming restaurant in Colombo 06.

Salary: LKR 30,000 – 35,000 + Service Charges
Working Hours: To be discussed during the interview.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
• Respond to customer requests and provide excellent service.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper table arrangements.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and restaurant team to ensure smooth service.
• Follow restaurant hygiene and service standards.

Requirements:

• Male/Female candidates are welcome.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality/restaurant industry.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Fluency in English, Sinhala and Tamil is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of Hindi will be considered an added advantage and may be reflected in the salary offered.
• Accommodation will be provided for male candidates.
