Technical Service Executive – Aftersales
Location: Piliyandala
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (including extended hours during holidays)
Salary: Starting from LKR 60,000 (negotiable based on experience)
About the Role
We’re seeking a fresh and motivated candidate to join our client’s team as a Technical Service Executive. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong background in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, especially those interested in water treatment applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide after-sales service and technical support to industrial clients
- Collect and test water samples from boilers, cooling systems, and treatment plants
- Analyze results and prepare technical reports, recommendations, and quotations
- Present water treatment solutions and benefits to customers
- Monitor and perform plant service and maintenance activities
Qualifications
- A/L Chemistry is mandatory; tertiary education in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering preferred
- Knowledge of water treatment systems (boilers, RO, UF, MBR) is highly desirable
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Valid driving or riding license; willingness to travel island-wide
- Ability to work independently under pressure
- Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems and excellent communication skills
