We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Officer / Sales Executive to join one of our growing property development clients, office based in Malabe. - Attractive Basic Salary
- Vehicle Allowance: LKR 15,000

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through proactive outreach
- Promote products/services and successfully close deals
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Conduct client visits, presentations, and follow-ups
- Negotiate effectively and provide tailored solutions to customers
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Collaborate with the team to achieve overall business goals
Requirements
- Male candidates only
- Age: 18 – 35 years
- Minimum 6 months of sales experience (real estate experience is an advantage)
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
- Valid driving/riding license with own vehicle
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
Working Hours
- Monday to Sunday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- One weekday off
