We are hiring Sales Manager with proven experience in industrial solar sales to join a leading organization in Colombo.
Position: Sales Manager - Industrial Solar
Location: Colombo, Gampaha, Kalutara, Avissawella, Galle, Matara, Ratnapura, Kurunegala, Kandy, and Horana.
Working Days: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve industrial solar sales targets and business growth.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities among industrial and commercial clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with factories, businesses, consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits, understand energy requirements, and present suitable solar solutions and proposals.
- Lead the sales process from lead generation and negotiation to closing, while ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving assigned targets.
Candidates Requirements
- The ideal candidates should have 2–4 years of relevant experience in solar sales,
- industrial solar experience being strictly mandatory.
- Applicants should possess a minimum of G.C.E. O/L and/or A/L qualifications
- Higher qualifications in a related field will be an added advantage.
- Fluency in English and Sinhala is required,
- Knowledge of Tamil will be considered an advantage.
- This opportunity is open to both males and females aged 20–55 years
