Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive with a strong engineering/technical background to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of sales experience and be able to achieve agreed monthly sales targets while representing our engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate technical solutions.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure accurate product knowledge.
- Prepare sales reports and updates for management.
- Uphold company values and ensure professional representation at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of one years’ proven sales experience in an engineering or technical industry.
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering work.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
Working Conditions
- Days: Monday to Friday
- Hours: Flexible (based on achievement of monthly targets)
- Contract: 2 years (renewable)
Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: LKR 50,000 & above + Allowances
- Performance Incentives: Monthly target-based commission/percentage.
- Company-provided motorbike or rental arrangement (if required).
Other Conditions
- Performance will be reviewed monthly in line with salary and responsibilities.
- Candidate must demonstrate accountability and commitment to duties.
