Money Exchange Officer - Sales Executive/Cashier
Location: Chatham Street – Colombo 01
Salary: Starting at Rs. 50,000 per month (increment after 3-month probation)

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Cashier / Sales Executive to join our money exchange office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in customers, conducting foreign currency exchanges, and ensuring accurate account updates. This role requires strong sales or cashiering experience, excellent communication skills, and a high level of integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in customers for foreign currency exchange transactions.
- Accurately handle cash and ensure proper documentation of each transaction.
- Update accounts and maintain daily records of currency sales and balances.
- Provide excellent customer service and promote trust and confidence in the company.
- Assist in preparing daily sales reports and support management in financial reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of transactions.
- Maintain a clean and professional counter/showroom environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Prior experience in sales, cashiering, or showroom/money exchange operations.
- Strong numerical and accounting accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Honesty, integrity, and strong work ethics are mandatory.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Male candidates are preferred.
Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Sunday: Off (accommodation free)
