Senior Recruiting Officer – Overseas Education
Locations: Colombo 07
Working Days: 6 Days a Week | Working Hours: 8 Hours Daily

Join a dynamic and growing team at Mount Mary International, a trusted name in overseas student placements. We are seeking motivated Recruiting Officers/Managers to guide students toward international education opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide career guidance to students aspiring to study abroad
- Assist with student registration and documentation for overseas education programs
- Maintain clear communication with students and parents
- Ensure compliance with company policies – strictly no cash transactions; only bank transfers allowed
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: G.C.E. O/Level
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for helping students achieve their education goals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in education consulting is an advantage but not essential
Salary & Benefits:
- Basic Salary: Rs. 80,000/-
- Attractive Commission Scheme based on performance
- 6-Month Probationary Period
