Loan Processor / Loan Administration Executive – Australia
Location: Remote (Sri Lanka)
Working Hours: Australian Business Hours
Salary: LKR 250,000 per month
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Loan Processor / Loan Administration Executive to support Australian mortgage operations. This role requires hands-on experience in end-to-end loan processing, strong knowledge of Australian lending policies, and the ability to manage multiple files independently while maintaining high accuracy and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Australian home loan applications end-to-end (submission to settlement)
- Handle owner-occupied and investment loans, refinances, and purchases
- Prepare, review, and submit loan applications via ApplyOnline and FLEX
- Review lender credit policies and ensure accurate document compliance
- Manage loan servicing and post-settlement activities
- Liaise with mortgage brokers, lenders, clients, and other stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records, track deadlines, and follow up on outstanding items
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with Australian lending standards
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience as a Loan Administrator / Loan Processor in the Australian mortgage industry
- Strong working knowledge of ApplyOnline and FLEX
- Solid understanding of:
- Home loans (owner-occupied & investment)
- Refinances and purchases
- Loan servicing and post-settlement processes
- Ability to interpret and apply lender credit policies
- High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines independently
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Sinhala
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work Australian business hours
Desirable Experience
- Experience working with Australian mortgage brokers or aggregators
- Familiarity with CRMs such as MyCRM, Salestrekker, Mercury, or similar
- Knowledge of Australian compliance frameworks (NCCP, Responsible Lending)
- Experience in asset finance or personal loans
