Hostess

We are looking for a pleasant, well-presented, and customer-friendly Female Hostess to join our upcoming restaurant.

Salary: LKR 30,000 – 40,000 + Service Charges
Salary may be increased for candidates with additional qualifications, particularly Hindi language proficiency.
Working Hours: To be discussed during the interview.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and warmly greet customers upon arrival.
• Manage guest seating and assist with table allocation.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide basic assistance.
• Coordinate with the restaurant team to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming appearance at all times.

Requirements:

• Female candidates preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or the hospitality/restaurant industry.
• Fluency in English, Sinhala and Tamil is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of Hindi will be considered an added advantage and may be reflected in the salary offered.
• Pleasant personality, good communication skills and professional appearance.
• Customer-service oriented and able to work well with a team.
• Candidates residing in the surrounding area will be highly preferred.
