Job Overview:
The Head of Sales is responsible for leading and driving the overall sales strategy, execution, and team performance to achieve revenue targets and business growth. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, market expansion, customer relationship management, and close collaboration with marketing, product, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Lead and manage the sales team to meet or exceed targets.
- Monitor and assess sales performance and adapt strategies as needed.
- Provide clear direction and vision to the team, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Results oriented Team Management
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Set performance targets, conduct reviews, and support career development.
- Foster a culture of accountability, results, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience:
- Minimum 05 years’ experience in similar capacity.

- Achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets
- Sales pipeline growth and conversion rates
- Team performance and retention
- Customer acquisition and retention rates
