Head of Sales –
Salary: Rs. 200,000 – 300,000 + Incentives
Team Size: 10 Members
Location:Nawala
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our Sleep accessories sales operations across Sri Lanka. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in FMCG sales leadership, with strong expertise in market expansion, distributor management, and team building.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies for domestic & export markets.
- Lead distributor appointments, CSR onboarding, and territory expansion.
- Drive sales forecasting, performance tracking, and revenue growth.
- Build and manage distribution networks across modern and traditional trade.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
- Collaborate with marketing, production, and supply chain for smooth operations.
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to remain competitive.
- Ensure timely collections and optimize cash flow.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5 years’ senior sales experience in FMCG or B2C product industries.
- Strong knowledge of island-wide market conditions and customer behavior.
- Proven success in distributor management and team leadership.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in CRM, sales tools, and MS Office.

- Ability to balance price competitiveness with brand value protection.
