Customer Service Executive (Trainee) 
Full-time | Paid Training Position

 What You’ll Do

  • Assist the ticketing team with daily operations such as PNR creation, modifications, and fare checks using Amadeus/GDS.
  • Help maintain dashboards (FL360) and update internal reports.
  • Support the accounts team with payment tracking and reconciliation.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service via email and phone.
  • Handle general administrative tasks as required.

What We’re Looking For

  • Completed or currently following an IATA-related course/field.
  • Passion for the airline and travel industry.
  • Strong communication skills in English and the ability to speak Sinhala.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • A team player with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
