Customer Service Executive (Trainee)
Full-time | Paid Training Position
What You’ll Do
- Assist the ticketing team with daily operations such as PNR creation, modifications, and fare checks using Amadeus/GDS.
- Help maintain dashboards (FL360) and update internal reports.
- Support the accounts team with payment tracking and reconciliation.
- Deliver outstanding customer service via email and phone.
- Handle general administrative tasks as required.
What We’re Looking For
- Completed or currently following an IATA-related course/field.
- Passion for the airline and travel industry.
- Strong communication skills in English and the ability to speak Sinhala.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
- A team player with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
