Customer service executive
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about providing excellent customer service?
Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Executive, where you’ll play a key role in managing student accounts, communication, and financial processes.

Work hours
Monday-Friday 07.00AM – 03.30PM
 Saturday 07.00AM – 11.00AM

Location – Orion City, Colombo 09

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in regular meetings, training sessions, and team catch-ups.
  • Manage the accounts inbox – handle emails, inquiries, and student communication efficiently.
  • Perform reconciliation of subject enrolments and failed units.
  • Validate and record new student payments (initial payments) in the Meshed system.
  • Send payment reminder letters, final reminders, and SMS notifications to students.
  • Manage current student payments including tuition, miscellaneous fees, and related queries.
  • Handle phone calls related to fee collection and payment follow-ups.
  • Oversee the Intention to Report (ITR) process – sending, tracking, and monitoring ITRs.
  • Process commission and bonus invoices, including agent queries, validations, and Meshed updates.
  • Perform initial and final account validations for student status updates (suspensions, withdrawals, cancellations, etc.).
  • Review and validate student requests such as document-related payments.
  • Handle refund processes – including acknowledgment, assessment, payments, and system updates.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in customer service, finance, or education administration is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and email management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting or reconciliation processes.
  • Experience with Meshed or similar student management systems (preferred).
  • A proactive attitude and team-player mindset
