Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, excellent industry connections, and the ability to identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with clients and industry professionals.
The selected candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, conducting frequent site visits, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to support company growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, builders, architects, and other industry professionals.
- Conduct regular client meetings and site visits to identify customer requirements and promote company products and services.
- Generate new leads and convert potential opportunities into business.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and other relevant sales documentation.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of products and services to clients.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and business development progress.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably in a relevant industry.
- A strong and well-established network of suppliers, contractors, builders, architects, and other industry contacts.
- A successful track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple business opportunities.
- A valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
- Male candidates below 50 years of age are preferred.
