Lanka Staff is a leading national recruitment company. We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Business Development for one of our leading companies who can start Immediately.
Our customer office is located at Colombo 03
Starting Salary – LKR 120,000 - 150,000 (depend on the experience)
*Work hours are - Monday to Friday from 8:30AM to 5:00PM
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Business Development Maintain high standards, in all aspects of the business
- The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and creating strategies to drive business growth
- Responsibilities include market research, proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
- Analyse sales data and develop plans to achieve sales targets.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both public and private sectors
- Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business decisions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet revenue and growth targets
- Organize promotional events and represent the company at industry forum
