We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Chef De Partie to join our 4-star hotel in Wattala.

Position: Chef De Partie
Location: Wattala

What’s on Offer
Basic Salary: LKR 60,000
Service Charge: LKR 35,000 – 45,000
Accommodation: Provided

Key Responsibilities

• Handle meat and poultry preparation and cutting.
• Maintain food quality, hygiene, and proper storage.
• Assist the kitchen team with daily butchery requirements.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Butchery/meat preparation experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety.
• Good teamwork and willingness to work shifts.
