Food and Beverage Supervisor

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated F&B Supervisor to join our 4-star hotel. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in food and beverage operations, a strong understanding of F&B service standards,and the ability to supervise and support the team effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain proper hygiene, food storage, and handling standards
• Supervise daily F&B operations and service.
• Lead and support the F&B team.
• Ensure good customer service, hygiene, and service standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of F&B supervisory experience.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Male, below 45 years
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably in a hotel or resort
• Good knowledge of hotel F&B operations
