Requirements

• BSc in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Chartered Engineer qualification with Corporate Membership of IESL.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience for the Chartered Civil Engineer position.
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience for the Senior Chartered Civil Engineer position.
• Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience in construction, engineering or project environments will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise civil engineering projects and site activities.
• Ensure projects comply with required quality, safety and technical standards.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications and project documentation.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors and project teams.
• Monitor project progress, resources and technical requirements.
• Identify and resolve engineering and site-related issues.
• Prepare and review technical reports and engineering documentation.
• Ensure compliance with relevant engineering standards, regulations and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams where required.
