Key job Requirements and Responsibilities for Fitters:

• Ability to travel to different job sites in Colombo/Gampaha distirct
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, if required.
• Mount and secure solar panels on rooftops or other structures.
• Work closely with other team members, including electricians, engineers, and project managers.
• Prior experience in solar installation, roofing, electrical work, or related fields is advantageous
• Experience working at heights and using various hand and power tools.
